Thymes does not test any of its products on animals. Product safety is assured through the careful selection of ingredients that have a long history of safe use. Additionally, we include preservatives commonly used in cosmetics, which are non-toxic and non-irritating. These measures help maintain the quality and stability of the products you receive.

These offers are valid only for online purchases through www.thymeslife.it.com and do not apply to independent Thymes retailers, prior purchases, or gift certificates. Discounts also cannot be applied to items already on sale, and a promo code must be entered during checkout to receive any online discount.

Certain products are excluded from discounts. This includes Pura items, such as fragrance refills and the Thymes + Pura Frasier Fir Diffuser Kit, as well as newly released products and bundles. Order-level discounts cannot be combined with sale items.

Occasionally, Thymes retires fragrances to make room for new collections. While it can be difficult to discontinue a scent beloved by customers, fragrances have natural life spans, and retiring them allows us to offer fresh options.

Thymes candles are made from a combination of essential and synthetic oils. They use 100% food-grade paraffin wax, and the wicks are free from lead. Our candle selection can be viewed on the candle page of our website.

Our laundry detergents are fully compatible with HE (high-efficiency) washing machines.

Ingredient lists for all bath and body products are available online. On each product page, a “View All Ingredients” link appears beneath the product description so customers can review the contents before purchasing.

All Thymes products are gluten-free, though we cannot guarantee they are produced in a completely wheat- or gluten-free facility.
